We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We offer easy cancellations, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Cancellation Terms:

• Orders can be canceled within a few hours of placing them, before dispatch.
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
• To cancel, email us at support@sparelogy.com or call 7877496677 with your order ID.

If the payment was made online and the order is canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 4–6 working days to your original payment method.

Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) can also be canceled before shipping.
