We provide a full refund to customers in case of damaged products returned as per our return policy. Refunds are only processed after successful inspection of the returned item.
Refund Guidelines:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (COD, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
- Refund processing time is 6–7 business working days after we receive the returned product and verify the issue.
- No refunds are given without proper return proof (360-degree unboxing video).
- Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
