We make every effort to ensure that the product you receive is in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or broken item, you are eligible for a return.

Conditions for Return:

• Return is allowed only if the product is received in damaged condition.
• You must provide a clear 360-degree video of the parcel while unboxing it. This is mandatory for our internal verification.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once approved, you will be provided with return pickup details or an address for courier.

Products must be returned in original packaging along with all included accessories and documentation.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• No unboxing video provided
• Product used or installed
• Damages caused due to mishandling after delivery
