Sparelogy believes in building customer trust through transparency. While we do not offer exchanges on all products, we allow them in specific cases where the customer has received a wrong or defective product.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must record a 360-degree unboxing video of the sealed product before opening the package. This acts as proof that the item was not tampered with after delivery.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7–10 business days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged (apart from original issue), and returned in its original packaging.

We do not accept exchanges for reasons like wrong product selection, size mismatch (in case of tools), or change of mind.
